cookbooks galore

I love cookbooks. I find them everywhere. New, thrifted, second (or third or fourth...) hand and vintage. My collection is ever expanding. I have tried to keep it lean and give some away every now and then but to no avail. I love to read them and to try them.When it comes to cookbooks, I become very greedy - or should I say hungry?- ... just need to have them and love to find a good find (if that's English :-) ). I find inspiration for my cooking in them. Follow the recipes or give them my own twist. My dream is to have a kitchen with a library full of cookbooks. For now, that is not possible, but who knows what the future will bring...
